“We recommend Silver Creek Systems very highly. Twice we have called upon Calib and Ashley Ross for help. The first time our furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. That job was done efficiently and quickly and reasonably priced. They explained everything and when one of the factory installed components malfunctioned Calib and Ashley returned and replaced the necessary components. Just a month or so later when I thought that the condensation from the air conditioner was leaking on the floor, Calib came to our home within less than an hour of my phone call. He checked things out and discovered that our water heater was leaking. Rather than just reporting that the problem was our water heater, Calib and his brother drained the water heater, and cleaned up all the water on the floor. Then before leaving our house Calib phoned the plumber and told him all the necessary information about the water heater. The next morning Ashley phoned us and told us when the plumber would be coming to replace the water heater. Silver Creek Systems LLC is a business that really performs ‘above and beyond the call of duty’. We were so pleased with all aspects of their work that it is not that we might or may call on them, it is we will and only call on Silver Creek Systems FIRST.”

Our outside pump unit was originally placed near the patio, which made that area very noisy when the air conditioner engaged. Starting at mid-morning, Calib and his crew moved the outside unit to a more desirable location, installed the new unit inside, and finished the job by noon. We would highly recommend Silver Creek Systems to anyone considering upgrading or replacing their heating and air-conditioning systems."
